What are my payment methods?

 You can pay by using your RS credit account.

 We accept debit and credit cards online and cash at the Trade Counter.

However you want to order or pay; you will have your own customer reference number, which appears on all documents, plus an RS order reference number helping you track the progress of your order.

Purchasing with a credit card? Here’s what you need to know:

1) Once you’ve placed your order, we will request a payment authorization to reserve your full order value. The system may select stock from multiple distribution sites in order to fulfil your request quickly, which may result in additional funds being reserved. Please note that this does NOT mean you have incurred additional charges. Credit cards used for payments should have additional credit limit (credit card) or funds balance (debit card) available to allow for any additional authorizations.

2) Authorizations only RESERVE FUNDS and are not paid over to RS at this stage. Unused reserved amounts will expire within 14 days. The reversal periods for reserved funds may vary based on your card issuing bank.

3) When your goods are invoiced and out on delivery, a delivery notification will be sent to you via email and a payment notification for the exact amount invoiced and delivered (delivery fees where applicable will be included).Funds will now be paid over to RS and standard interest rates and transaction fees as per your bank agreement will apply.Subsequent deliveries will follow the same process. Only ONE delivery charge applies even if we deliver more than once per order. This delivery charge will be included in the first invoice and card payment for that invoice.
