Festo Series MS Combination Unit, 5μm Filtration Size, G1/8 Port Size - MSB4-AGA:J124:M1-WP, Numeric Part Number: 8233018

This combination unit is a Compact Air preparation module that integrates filtration, pressure regulation and lubrication for compressed Air systems. It is designed for vertical mounting and manages compressed Air or inert gases to the ISO 8573-1:2010 standard. The unit includes an analogue pressure gauge, manual condensate drain and a transparent polycarbonate bowl to allow Visual monitoring of collected condensate and lubricant level.

Features and Benefits:

• 1300 L/min flow rate supports high-demand pneumatic circuits
• 14 bar maximum operating pressure enables robust system durability
• 1 to 7 bar adjustable pressure range provides flexible output control
• 5μm filtration size removes fine particulates to protect downstream devices
• Polycarbonate bowl permits Visual condensate and oil level inspection

Applications

• Used with industrial compressors supplying workshop valves
• Suitable for pneumatic tool lines requiring regulated Air
• Ideal for assembly stations needing filtered, lubricated Air
• Used for inert gas preparation in production processes

What temperature range can it operate within?

It functions across -10°C to 60°C for ambient and media temperatures.

How is condensate removed from the unit?

Condensate is discharged via a manual rotating drain with a 19 ml maximum condensate volume.

What materials contact the Air flow path?

The housing is die-cast aluminium, the bowl is Makrolon® polycarbonate and Seals are NBR.

Which connection threads are provided for pneumatic ports?

Both primary ports use G1/8 thread and the pressure gauge port uses G3/8 thread.

Can the unit accept lubricated supply air?

Lubricated operation is permissible and requires continued lubrication thereafter.
