Festo Series MS Combination Unit, 20 bar Maximum Operating Pressure, 4,800L/min Maximum Flow Rate - MSB6-AGF:J120:M1-WP, Numeric Part Number: 8233049

This combination unit is a Compact service module for preparing compressed Air and inert gases in industrial systems. It integrates a filter to regulator to lubricator with an analogue pressure gauge and a manual condensate drain to control and condition supply Air for downstream pneumatic equipment. Designed for vertical mounting with a rotary‑knob actuator lock, it supports lubricated operation when required and is suitable for moderate corrosion environments.

Features and Benefits:

• 40 μm filtration removes particulates to protect downstream valves
• 0.1 to 7 bar adjustable gauge ensures accurate output pressure control
• 20 bar maximum pressure supports high‑pressure supply lines
• 4,800 L/min flow capacity meets demands of large pneumatic systems
• Polycarbonate bowl with guard allows Visual condensate inspection

Applications

• Suitable for machine‑tool compressed Air preparation
• Ideal for pneumatic lines requiring pressure compensation
• Used with inert gas supply in test and control rigs
• Can be used for workshop central Air distribution stations
• Used for feeding lubricated actuators in production cells

What port threading is provided for connections?

Ports use G thread standard with G1 in connection sizes.

How is condensate removed from the unit?

Condensate is expelled via a manual rotating drain with a 38 ml capacity.

What materials are used where corrosion resistance matters?

Housing is die‑cast aluminium, Seals are NBR, bowl is Makrolon® polycarbonate with a plastic guard.

Which temperature range can the unit operate within?

It functions between -10 °C and 60 °C for ambient and media temperatures.

What Air purity and standards does the unit meet?

It is designed for compressed Air to ISO 8573-1:2010 and conforms to related LABS criteria.
