Festo Series MS Combination Unit, 40μm Filtration Size, 12 bar Maximum Operating Pressure - MSB6-AGF:J2:M1-WP, Numeric Part Number: 8233051

This combination unit provides integrated Air treatment for compressed-Air systems, combining filtration, pressure regulation and lubrication in a single assembly. Designed for vertical mounting with a rotary knob actuator lock, it maintains a set output pressure while handling compressed Air and inert gases to the specified purity class. The unit includes an analogue pressure gauge and an automatic condensate drain for continuous operation in industrial environments.

Features and Benefits:

• 3700L/min flow rate enabling high-volume pneumatic supply
• 0.5 to 12 bar pressure setting range for flexible control
• 40μm filtration protecting downstream components from particulates
• Polycarbonate bowl with plastic guard for visible condensate monitoring
• Fully automatic drain preventing manual condensate intervention

Applications

• Suitable for machine tool compressed-air distribution systems
• Ideal for pneumatic conveyors requiring consistent pressure
• Used with assembly-line actuators and valves requiring lubrication
• Can be used for inert-gas supply and pneumatic test stands
• Suitable for workshops needing continuous condensate management

What operating temperatures can it tolerate?

It operates safely between -10°C and 60°C.

Which connection types are provided for piping?

It features G1in threaded ports for both supply and outlet connections.

What materials are used for the housing and bowl?

The housing is die-cast aluminium and the bowl is Makrolon® polycarbonate with a plastic guard.

Does it support lubricated operation?

Lubricated operation is possible and, if applied, must be maintained as lubricated for subsequent use.
