The CALTEST High Voltage Probe is a 10 kV high voltage divider probe for use with both digital and analogue oscilloscopes. It features maximum loading current of 100 μA and a high quality bandwidth DC to 120 MHz. Designed for Use in Pollution Degree 2 and is available with cable length of 6.6 ft.
