Maximum operating frequency up to 750 kHz with self adjusting dead time
Burst mode operation for very low open load input power consumption
Full protection set including overcurrent overpower DC brown in and out hard switch prevention and safe startup
High side gate driver compatible with 600 V rail with integrated bootstrap diode and high dv dt immunity
