The foam is just what you need to block airflow on the sides of a 2000mm-high enclosure, which helps keep it cool and prevent damage to sensitive electronics. As the product has one self-adhesive edge, it's a cinch to install. Taking this tack means you can say farewell to mechanical fasteners, so there's no need to make holes in your enclosure.
