Vishay VSMB2000 and VSMB2020 Series IR Emitting Diodes


The VSMB2000 and VSMB2020 series, from Vishay Semiconductors, are Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. They are in surface mount (SMT) packages with clear, untinted plastic lenses. The VSMB2000 and VSMB2020 come with different lead types. With a Wavelength of 940 nm, these high speed IR LEDs are idea for applications including; IrDA compatible data transmission, miniature light barriers, photointerrupters, optical switches, shaft encoders and control and drive circuits.
