Vishay TSML1000/20/30/40 Series IR Emitting Diodes


The TSML10x0 family, from Vishay Semiconductor, are high power Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. With a wavelength of 940nm, the TSML10x0 IR LEDs offer a high radiant power. They are in a surface mount (SMT) package with a clear, untinted plastic package with dome lens. Suitable applications for the TSML10x0 IR emitters include; remote control, punched tape readers, encoders and photointerrupters.
