The ROHM BD00JC0MNUX-M is a low-voltage output 1ch linear regulator IC that operates from a very low input supply and offers an Ideal performance in low input voltage to low output voltage applications. It has built-in N-MOSFET power transistor that minimizes the input-to-output voltage differential producing very small ON resistance level.
