The Microchip MIC2951-02YM is a "bulletproof" micro power voltage regulators with very low dropout voltage 600mV at maximum current 150mA.The quiescent current of the MIC2951-02YM increases only slightly in dropout, thus prolonging battery life. It offer lower dropout, lower quiescent current, reverse battery protection, and automotive load dump protection. The low drop out regulator MIC2951-02YM consist 8 pin SOIC package.
