The Microchip DC-DC Switching Converters and Voltage Regulators is a wide input range (4.5V to 75V) integrated FET, 5A switching regulators. It is leveraging the latest enhanced high voltage COT controllers co-packaged with a pair of low FOM power trench N-Channel FETS with improved avalanche rating. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.6V with +/- 1% accuracy.
