The MPS International Ltd Step down switching converter with integrated, internal high side and low side power MOSFETs. It can achieve up to 3A of highly efficient output current (IOUT) with Peak current control mode. The wide 3.3V to 36V input voltage (VIN) range and 42V load dump tolerance accommodate a variety of step down applications in automotive input environments. A 1μA shutdown current allows the device to be used in battery powered applications.
