The EPCOS StandarD series SIOV metal oxide varistor has round varistor element. It has coating MADE from epoxy resin which is flame-retardant to UL 94 V-0. The terminals are MADE from tinned wire.

High surge current ratings up to 8 kA
No derating up to 105 °C ambient temperature
