RS PRO designed this rubber timing belt for use in a wide range of drive systems with their unique tooth geometry helping to guarantee a higher power transmission even in challenging low speed, high torque applications. Engineered with curvilinear HTD teeth this timing belt eliminates the high load stress at the tooth roots which is the most common weakness in traditional trapezoidal profile belts, allowing the RS PRO belt to operate much more smoothly and precisely.

HTD belts provide a high-performance drive system for many industries where durability and low maintenance are required. The curvilinear profile allows the belts to have a much larger contact area with the pulley, which improves performance. Made from reinforced rubber this timing belt is up to 99% efficient compared with the timing chains 91-98% efficiency.
