The Nordic Semiconductor nRF5340 is a wireless Bluetooth 5.2 system-on-chip with two Arm CortexM33 processors, supporting Bluetooth low energy, Bluetooth mesh, thread and ZigBee wireless protocols. The SoC supports an extensive range of wireless protocols. It also supports protocols such as NFC, ANT, 802.15.4, and 2.4 GHz proprietary. Coupling the high-performance processor with the generous 512 KB RAM, makes the SoC ready for the next generation of advanced wearables and smart watches. It is affordable and has everything needed for development on a single board.
