Allen Bradley Guardmaster MatGuard Perimeter Trim, 2m - 440F-T3210

This perimeter trim from Rockwell Automation's Allen Bradley Guardmaster range attaches to the 440F MatGuard safety mat. This is designed to sense pressure and trigger an immediate stop to the connected machinery. The perimeter trim ensures the mat stays flush with the ground so it won't become a tripping hazard. It also seals the mat in place and provides IP67 (ingress protection) against liquid contaminants that could damage the pressure sensors.

Features and Benefits

• Contains a cable channel with room for up to three cables for versatile use

• Robust 16mm thickness for strength and durability

• Aluminium material is resistant to corrosion for use in damp environments

Standards and Certifications

• EN (European Norm)

• ISO (International Organization for Standardization)

• IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission)

• ANSI (American National Standards Institute)

• AS (Aerospace Safety)

How's the perimeter trim safely installed?

Ensure the trim is flush with the floor surface. There should be no loose debris or protrusions under the trim. All the wires should be fixed in the channel before you fasten the perimeter trim in place. The wires should not be in contact with any edges in the channel that could wear them down over time.
