The Renesas Electronics RF switch is a high reliability with low insertion loss and 50Ω absorptive SPST switch designed for a multitude of wireless and RF applications. This device covers a broad frequency range from 30MHz to 8000MHz. In addition to providing low insertion loss and it also deliver excellent linearity and isolation performance while providing a 50Ω termination on RF2 in the isolation mode. It uses a single positive supply voltage supporting either 3.3V or 1.8V control logic.

Insertion loss is 0.55 dB at 2 GHz

High isolation is 51 dB at 2 GHz

High linearity IIP3 of 65 dBm available
