The ROHM Miniature Proximity Sensor is a digital optical proximity sensor (PS) module equipped with infrared VCSEL (IrVCSEL) and IC with I2C interface. This IC has a built-in infrared receiver and VCSEL driver. Proximity sensor (PS) detects the human or object approaching by the reflection of IrVCSEL light.

Equipped with Ambient light cancelling function
Low light leakage inside the product using micro slit
