The Testec high voltage probe is an accessory to be used with an analogue or digital oscilloscope. It is designed to prevent accidental shock to the operator in an abnormal condition. It also has 1M? input resistance and nominal input capacitance ranging between 15pF and 30pF.
Temperature coefficient is less than 200ppm/°C
Accuracy is ±6% for DC volts
40MHz bandwidth
Operating temperature ranges between 0°C and 50°C
