The FTDI Chips FT230XQ series is full speed USB to basic serial UART interface device. It has a fully integrated MTP memory and an integrated clock circuit which requires no external crystal which helps to reduce external component count. It has 16 pin QFN package.

Asynchronous and synchronous bit bang modes

Operates between +3.3V and +5.25V

Configurable I/O pin output drive strength of 4mA (min) and 16mA (max)
