How big is this multifunction tester?

It's a compact, handheld device with dimensions of 10 (L) x 25 (W) x 12.5cm (H).

What's the difference between a multifunction tester and a voltage meter?

A multifunction tester measures multiple electrical values such as residual currents, wiring polarities and loop and line resistance. A voltage meter simply checks for the presence or absence of an electric circuit.
