This rotary switch from our trusted RS PRO range allows you to disconnect your battery bank from your equipment and provides an extra level of protection between you and the power supply. Designed for commercial settings, it's suitable for automotive, traction and marine applications.

This heavy-duty battery isolation switch comes in a hardwearing metal casing with a fixed T-handle operation. It's IP65 rated, which means it's protected from dust. You can panel mount this switch using the pre-drilled screw terminals, so installation is easy.

Like all of our tried and tested RS PRO range, it has been tested for reliability and durability. It has a contact current rating of 315 A (amps) and functions at temperatures ranging from -30°C to +80°C. The switch has metal contacts for effective conduction and measures 64 mm in diameter.
