The FTDI Chip USB to TTL cable uses FT232RQ IC which is housed inside the USB ’A’ connector, and is terminated at PCB pads with RXD, TXD, RTS, CTS and GND signals provided. It has support +3.3V logic level UART signals and +3.3V/50mA rated power output.
