This adhesive-backed/PSA sanding disc is a net-backed abrasive designed for general sanding, stock removal, scuffing and surface preparation across multiple substrates. It combines a blend of aluminium oxide and precision-shaped ceramic mineral to deliver consistent cut and finish while enabling dust extraction when used with a compatible backing pad and vacuum system. The disc is intended for industrial environments where Rapid disc changes and efficient debris removal are required.

Keep them in their original box at 16°C to 26°C and 35 to 50% relative humidity using a first-in to first-out routine to avoid reduced shelf life.

Use a compatible supporting tool with a Hookit™ hook and loop backing pad to ensure proper retention and Rapid replacement.

Maximum recommended orbits per minute vary by disc size and should be observed according to tool specifications to match the disc’s rated OPM limits.

The abrasive is suitable for gelcoat, fillers, putties and a range of metals when paired with appropriate extraction.
