• Net backing permits dust extraction with vacuum systems
• Hookit-compatible loop attachment for quick disc changes
• Pattern-coated abrasive reduces loading and improves finish
• Resin bond formulation maintains abrasive stability under load

Applications

• Suitable for primer and paint surface preparation on panels
• Ideal for scuffing and sanding of composite bodywork
• Used for finish sanding of lacquer, sealer and fillers
• Can be used for sanding metal and whitewood surfaces
• Suitable for automotive bodywork requiring extraction

How should I store the discs to maintain performance?

Keep them in their original box at 16°C to 26°C and 35 to 50% relative humidity using a first-in to first-out routine to avoid reduced shelf life.

What backing and attachment method is required for secure use?

Use a compatible supporting tool with a Hookit™ hook and loop backing pad to ensure proper retention and Rapid replacement.

Which operating speeds are relevant for safe use?

Maximum recommended orbits per minute vary by disc size and should be observed according to tool specifications to match the disc’s rated OPM limits.

What substrates are compatible beyond common paints?

The abrasive is suitable for gelcoat, fillers, putties and a range of metals when paired with appropriate extraction.
