From Schneider Electric this is the Spacial S3X range of 304 stainless steel wall-mounting enclosures are made from a one-piece metal sheet, folded and welded on the corner’s excellent performance in exposed environments. The Spacial S3X wall box has a front rail gutter protecting the wall box enclosure and contents form water, oil and other liquid penetration.

The cross-shaped structure provides extra stability against impact damage to prevent forced entry. As the cabinet has dimensions of 300 (W) x 200 (D) x 400mm (H), you can use it to contain systems like switches, lighting controls or panelboards with ease.

Can I mount components to the back of this box?


Yes. To get your setup off the ground, you'll need a mounting plate like a Monobloc (228-8252) or microperforated option (221-0718).

Can I mount the door on the left or the right?


It can be fitted either way and has a 120° opening angle to give you easy access.
