The SMC ZP2V vacuum saving valve has male thread to generator side and female thread to pad side. It has thread size of M5 x 0.8 and has fixed orifice size of 0.7 mm.
No need for switching operation when changing work pieces
Can restrict the reduction of vacuum pressure even when there is no work piece
