Keysight Technologies High-Frequency Probe
The Keysight Technologies high-frequency probe offers frequency measurements up to 3GHz. It has an input capacitance of 0.7Pf and is shunted by 1Mohm of resistance that permits high frequency probing without adversely loading the circuit under test. This high-frequency probe makes it easy to perform in-circuit measurements.
