The DiodesZetex makes a trench SBR packaged in the compact thermally efficient powerDI5 package, this SBR provides ultra-low Forward voltage drop (VF) and provides excellent low reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. It is ideal for use as a rectification, freewheeling or polarity protection diode. It is Lead, halogen and Antimony free and offers high reliability. It has a thermally efficient package for cooler running applications with less than 1.1mm package profile making it ideal for thin applications.

Maximum average rectified output current is 10 A Peak repetitive reverse voltage VRRM is 50 V and peak forward surge current IFSM is 320 A Forward voltage drop VF is 0.53 V, while the operating temperature range is from -55°C to +150°C
