Mini50 series 2.0 mm unsealed PCB automotive header connectors with an industry approved USCAR 050 interface. These Mini50 PCB headers have a compact, low profile design and small footprint for PCB space saving and design flexibility. The housings of these Mini50 series headers have moulded orientation features and are available with three polarization options to assist with customized designs and prevent mismating. The housings are colour coded according to the polarization style they have for easy identification. These Mini50 automotive PCB headers also feature PCB retaining pegs which accurately align the header and secure it in place during the soldering process. The housings of these Mini50 headers are made from high temperature thermoplastic which can withstand IR and wave lead-free solder processing up to 260°C max. These Mini50 unsealed automotive headers are available in single, double or three-row configurations and as vertical or right angle mounting for design flexibility
