This gauge pressure sensor is a Compact board-mounted device designed to convert pressure into a ratiometric electrical output for measurement and control tasks. It is intended for use with non-corrosive gases or, in specific options, with non-corrosive liquids where condensation may occur. The sensor provides calibrated, temperature-compensated readings and is suitable for low-voltage systems within industrial, medical and commercial electronic assemblies.

What output options are available?
The device offers ratiometric analogue or 12-bit digital outputs compatible with I2C or SPI interfaces and updates calibrated pressure values at approximately 1kHz for analogue and 2kHz for digital.
Which media can be measured when liquid option is selected?
With the liquid-media option an additional silicone-based gel protects electronics, enabling use with non-corrosive liquids such as water and saline and permitting wet-wet differential sensing on dual-ported devices.
How is long-term measurement stability addressed?
Long-term stability is specified as ±0.25%FSS over 1000hr at 25°C and the sensor is calibrated and temperature-compensated for offset, sensitivity and thermal effects.
What environmental and mechanical tolerances does it have?
It tolerates vibration to 15g and shock to 100g, operates over -40 to 85°C storage range, and meets IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020E Moisture Sensitivity Level 2 for soldering.
Which certifications apply to food-contact material options?
The sensor’s wetted-material options have been tested and certified to NSF-169, LFGB and are BPA free.
