The RS PRO ABS Black Pinseal Sheet is a high-performance thermoplastic designed for durability and a premium finish, perfect for industrial applications. Its co-extruded construction combines a semi-matt surface with a robust ABS base.
Balanced mechanical strength with a tensile strength of 22 MPa and flexural strength of 25 MPa
Versatile gloss range achievable from 5 to 90 units at 60°
Meets UL94 HB flammability rating for general-purpose plastic
Recommended thermoforming temperature between 145°C and 175°C
