This microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 20MHz and features 1kb ISP flash program memory and 64bytes of internal SRAM. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, it achieves throughputs approaching 1MIPS per MHz allowing the system to optimize power consumption versus processing speed.
