PIC18F24/25K40 8-bit Low Power Microcontrollers
The PIC18F24K40 and PIC18F25K40 from Microchip Technology are low power 8-bit microcontrollers with flash memory. These 28-pin devices combine eXtreme Low-Power (XLP) technology with large Flash/EE/RAM memory and rich peripheral integration to provide microprocessors ideal for a host of general purpose and low power applications.
PIC18 MCU core with 83 instructions, 31 stack levels
16KB (PIC18F24) or 32KB (PIC18F25) flash program memory
Internal 64MHz oscillator
Operating voltage: 2.3 to 5.5V
24-channel 10-bit ADC, 5-bit DAC, 2 x comparator
Hardware Capacitive Voltage Divider (CVD) for mTouch buttons/sliders
Communications: 1 x I2C/SPI , 1 x EUSART with LIN support
In-circuit debug integrated on-chip
In-circuit serial programing (ICSP) via two pins
