The Renesas Starter Kit RL78/L13 will allow the user to evaluate the RL78/L13 microcontroller. The e2studio platform lets you develop the capabilities of the MCU letting you code, debug and can even program using the E1 emulator or the Renesas flash programmer. It can be connected to the PC via the included USB E1 on chip debugging interface.
