It is built around the DCP3603 synchronous step‑down converter, which uses enhanced Peak current control and Advanced circuitry to minimise quiescent current. With its minimal component count and small PCB footprint, the board is Ideal for applications such as major appliances, smart metering, industrial 24 V bus conversion, and general‑purpose wide Vin power supplies.

Fixed switching frequency of 1 MHz for stable operation
