Product Details
ABB System pro M compact S200M Double Pole 10 kA Type C
ABB System pro M compact S200M miniature circuit breakers are current limiting. They have two different tripping mechanisms, the delayed thermal tripping mechanism for overload protection and the electro mechanic tripping mechanism for short circuit protection. All MCBs of the product range S200M comply with IEC/EN 60898-1 and IEC/EN 609 47-2, allowing the use for residential, commercial and industrial applications. Bottom-fitting auxiliary contact can be mounted on S200M to save 50% space
Features and Benefits
Extra-wide and complete range of MCBs to cover most applications and markets
Space and time saving thanks to the unique bottom-fixing auxiliary contact
Meeting worldwide standards
For domestic or small commercial installations up to 10 kA breaking capacity
IEC/EN 60898-1, IEC/EN 60947-2

ABB MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker), 2 Pole, Type C - S200 Series - 2CDS272001R0064 S202M-C6
Protect your electrical circuitry and equipment with this MCB from ABB. It features two different tripping mechanisms, including electromechanical tripping for short circuit protection and delayed thermal tripping for overload protection. Thanks to its compact dimensions of 69 (length) x 35 (width) x 88mm (height), it's easy to handle and slips easily into crowded enclosures. This MCB is designed for simple mounting on a DIN rail and has screw terminals that make installation easy and connections secure.
Features & Benefits
Robust lifespan of 20,000 mechanical and electrical cycles for long-lasting performance
IP20 (ingress protection) rating means it's touch-proof and protected against tools and wires larger than 12mm in size
Wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +55°C for use in demanding environments

What's a type C MCB?
An MCB with a type C tripping curve activates at 5 to 10 times the rated current. That means this unit is suitable for use in applications such as fluorescent lighting or inductive loads, where there's a greater chance of high currents.
