OSRAM TOPLED Black Surface Series LEDs


This TOPLED series of LEDs from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors feature a black surface. The black surface makes them Ideal for use in displays and signalling applications, with the black surface offering a high on-off contrast.

As with the standard TOPLED series, they are Compact and highly reliable LEDs. Available in a range of different colour options, including yellow, they come in a standard PLCC-2 package.

Note

Amber LEDs – Originally designed for use in automotive brake-light applications, OSRAM amber LEDs can appear red due to a high dominant Wavelength value. Refer to a dominant Wavelength colour chart to find your chosen LED colour.
