Optek OP223 and OP224 Series IREDs
The OP223 and OP224 series, from Optek, are hermetic Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. They are mounted in hermetically sealed "Pill" type metal can packages. Their compact package allows for high device density mounting. A narrow irradiance pattern provides high on-axis intensity for coupling efficiency.
