The Microchip Gate Driver is a high-voltage and high-speed half-bridge solution designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs. This component utilises a bootstrap configuration to switch floating high-side channels at voltages up to 600V.

Typical 70ns rise time and 35ns fall time
Compatible with 3.3V TTL and CMOS logic levels
