The Microchip Dual CMOS high-speed driver translates TTL/CMOS input voltage levels into rail-to-rail output voltage level swings. The CMOS output is within 25 mV of ground or the positive supply. The low-impedance, high-current driver outputs can swing a 1000 pF load by 18V in 30 ns. These unique current and voltage drive qualities make this driver ideal for power MOSFETs, line drivers, and DC-to-DC converter building blocks. The input logic signals can match the power supply voltage, with a low input current of 1 μA, enabling direct interfacing with CMOS/bipolar switch-mode power supply control ICs and open-collector analog comparators
