The Microchip 85V half-bridge MOSFET driver is designed for fast switching with 39 ns propagation delay times and 20 ns rise/fall times for a 1 nF capacitive load. The low-side and high-side gate drivers are independently controlled, offering flexibility in operation. It features TTL input thresholds and includes a high-voltage internal diode to charge the high-side gate drive bootstrap capacitor, ensuring efficient performance.
