RS PRO Horizontal Float Switch, Stainless Steel, Direct Load, Float, 300 mm, 300 V


This RS PRO float switch detects the rise or fall of liquid in tanks or other containers. It will trigger a pump, alarm or some other peripheral device when it reaches a certain level.

The switch mounts horizontally and the unit's right-angled stem makes it suitable for shallower environments. This also means you can mount it at the top or bottom of your tank. With a direct-load, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) output, there's one input and output terminal – useful for simple on-off switches. It features a robust 300 mm cross-linked polyurethane (XLPE) cable and has an internal wire size of 22 AWG.

A durable silicone washer prevents the float from leaking and it has a corrosion-resistant stainless steel body. The device will operate safely from -10°C to +120°C. It can work with AC and DC voltage up to 300 V, current up to 500 mA and pressure of 10 bar Kg/cm².
