The Microchip SST26VF016B series is a 16Mbit serial quad I/O(SQI) flash memory. It also supports full command-set compatibility to traditional serial peripheral interface(SPI) protocol. The split-gate cell design and thick-oxide tunnelling injector attain better reliability and manufacturability.

Industrial temperature range is -40°C to +85°C

Single voltage read and write operations- 2.7-3.6V
