The Microchip 24CW16X device provide 16-128 Kbits of serial EEPROM utilizing an I2C (2-wire) serial interface. The 24CW Series is optimized for use in consumer and industrial applications, where reliable and dependable non-volatile memory storage is essential. The 24CW Series allows up to eight devices to share a common I2C (2-wire) bus and is capable of operation across a broad voltage range from 1.6 V to 5.5 V.

Maximum supply voltage of 6.5 V

All inputs and outputs w.r.t. VSS -0.6V to 6.5V

Storage temperature range is -65°C to +150°C

Ambient temperature under bias is -40°C to +85°C
