Use this safety contactor from Rockwell Automation's Allen Bradley range to protect your high current devices. What's the difference between a relay and a contactor?
The difference between a contactor and a relay is that a contactor handles high current load devices, while a relay can only manage small loads. In addition, you can use a contactor with single or 3-phase motors but you can only use a relay with single-phase motors.
