Bridge Rectifier - D2KB / D3KB / D4KB Series
HY Electronic (Cayman) Limited D2KB / D3KB and D4KB series are surface mount glass passivated bridge rectifiers. They have forward currents of 2 A, 3 A and 4 A with reverse voltage 600 V and 1000 V. Ideal for printed circuit board applications and can be mounted in any position.
