The ROHM potential divider type digital transistor is a digital transistor suitable for inverter, Interface and driver applications. Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors.
Built-in biasing resistors
Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the circuit design easy
