The standard Legris ball valve provides a reliable means of opening and closing fluid systems. It requires a simple quarter turn of the handle to operate the two-way version

Optimum sealing due to compensating "O" rings

Smooth operation due to low friction coefficient of chemically nickel-plated brass

Excellent resistance to scaling due to ball seal configuration

Excellent resistance to pressure and temperature constraints

Ball Valve, Standard, Padlockable and Panel Mount

These nickel plated brass ball valves have seals designed to remove scale deposits with each operation. The polished brass ball is sealed on both sides by nylon ring seals that are supported by compensating nitrile ’O’ rings. This arrangement keeps the seal in contact with the ball, preventing leakage should seal wear occur. A single threaded insert forms part of the valve body, maintaining the required seal compression and allowing the valve to be disassembled easily for inspection.
