Username

You can reset your username in one of two ways:

Option 1:

• Step 1: On any page, go to Register / Log In at the top right-hand corner and then click on 'My Profile’.
• Step 2: Enter the email address you registered with. You will then receive a confirmation email in response.

Please Note: If the email address you enter does not match your registration, you'll receive a blank email.

• Step 3: Follow the steps provided in the email.

Option 2:

• Step 1: Enter the email address you registered with.
• Step 2: Follow the steps provided in the email you receive.
